Orders and Shipping

Yes, on all orders. Free shipping may or may not contain tracking information depends on the order value and the postal service in the country you are ordering from. If you want your order with fast shipping or with tracking you can always choose the paid shipping. If tracking is not available within the country or postal service we will refund you the shipping charge with a confirmation email.

Most products with free shipping will arive within 15 to 30 days but due high demands and postal disruptions please allow up to 15 – 50 business days to receive  your order, unless stated otherwise on the individual product page. If you chose paid shipping the product will arrive according to the stated time period on the Delivery Time & Fee. If your order contains mutiple products with different lead times or with differnet supplier they will be shiped in individual packages.

We may add this feature in the future but currently we do not store any credit card information on this website. 

We do not charge shipping but you may have to pay duty when you receive the order from post office or any shipping carrier. 

We ship worldwide but if you want to make sure, you can always email us the product link and check with us.
