Yes, on all orders. Free shipping may or may not contain tracking information depends on the order value and the postal service in the country you are ordering from. If you want your order with fast shipping or with tracking you can always choose the paid shipping. If tracking is not available within the country or postal service we will refund you the shipping charge with a confirmation email.
Most products with free shipping will arrive within 15 to 30 days but due high demands and postal disruptions please allow up to 15 – 50 business days to receive your order, unless stated otherwise on the individual product page. If you chose paid shipping the product will arrive according to the stated time period on the Delivery Time & Fee. If your order contains multiple products with different lead times or with different supplier they will be shipped in individual packages.
